Rates:

Reservations, deposits and cancellations:

Due to our intimate size and location, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total days reserved or a one-night lodging, which ever is greater. One week before arrival remaining balance should be cancelled. We accept credit cards.

Refunds:

There will be no refunds for cancellations received within seven days prior to arrival. However, we will do our best to rebook your reservation at other dates.

Our Policies:

To maintain the intimacy and rich heritage of Villa Marina, we do not allow more than 2 persons to stay in a room at any one time. Pets are not permitted.

Check In:

Before check-in, the visitor has to contact the Administrator at the telephone number or email provided below.
Check-in time is 16:00 (4:00 p.m.) and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Location and directions:

Car:

Playa Venado is located in the Peninsula of Azuero, on the southwesten part of Panama City, about four and half hours by car. Take the Inter-american highway going west towards Costa Rica until Divisa, bear left south towards Chitre, continue on the road for another hour until reaching Pedasi, and keep on going for another half hour until seeing signs for La Playita Resort. Our entrance is immediately after the sign. Drivers can be provided at your request.

Airplane:

Playa Venado is only a short 45 minutes flight from Panama City. Several companies rent piloted airplanes that can take you to Pedasi, which is only twenty minutes from Villa Marina. Several taxis are available to take you from the airport to Villa Marina, or you can rent a car at the airport by contacting Thrifty Rent a Car in Chitre. We can make arrangements to pick you up at the airport as well.
